Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every course you buy from Practicum Strategies. If something isn't right, call us at (800) 731-4714 or email info@pshomestudy.com and we will help. A real person at our office answers the phone, not a call center or an automated system.

Courses you haven't completed

You can get a full refund for a course within 30 days of buying it, as long as you haven't passed its quiz or printed a certificate for it.

Courses you have completed

Once you have passed a course's quiz, printed its certificate, or we have reported the credit to your state board, the course has been delivered and can't be refunded.

Mistakes and duplicate orders

If you were charged twice, bought the same course twice, or bought a course that isn't approved for your state or license type, we will refund it in full or exchange it for the right course. Please contact us within 30 days.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank usually shows the refund within 5 to 10 business days. To ask for a refund, contact us with your name and order (invoice) number. Refunded courses are removed from your account.
