Your account: name, business and home address, phone number, email address, user name and password.

Your licenses: funeral director and embalmer license numbers and the states that issued them.

Your courses: the courses you order, your quiz results, and the certificates you print.

Your orders: what you bought, when, and how much you paid.

How we use it

To give you your courses and quizzes and to issue your certificates of completion.

To report your completed continuing education to state licensing boards and approval agencies, where required.

To process your orders and refunds, and to answer your questions.

To send you license renewal reminders and news about our courses. Every such email lets you unsubscribe.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent your information. We share it only:

with state licensing boards and CE approval agencies, which can see the course completions of their licensees;

with Stripe, to process your payment;

with companies that host our website and email for us, only as needed to run them;

when the law requires it.

Cookies and analytics

Our site uses a cookie to keep you logged in. Some pages also use Google Analytics and Microsoft Advertising (Bing) tags, which set their own cookies to count visits and measure how people find our site. You can block or delete cookies in your browser; you will then need to log in again on each visit.

How long we keep it

We keep your course history and certificates permanently, so you can reprint certificates and show your credits if your state board audits you. If you want your account closed, contact us and we will close it. We may need to keep some records that state continuing education rules or tax law require.

No website can promise perfect security, so please use a password you don't use anywhere else. Children Our courses are for licensed funeral service professionals.
