WEST VIRGINIA

Continuing Education Hours 6 hours every two (2) years.
2 of the 6 hours required must be in OSHA.
1 of the 6 hours required must be in Ethics.

Only 2 hours may be completed by home study. The remaining hours must be completed in person.
License Renewal Date: July 1st every two (2) years.

Independent study accepted with final exam.
Carryover Hours are not permitted.

Exemptions:
- Licensee's over sixty-five (65) who have been licensed for a minimum of 10 years

Non-residents must meet the same 6 hour requirement to maintain their license.
