License Renewal Date is March 31st of EVEN years
Independent study accepted with final exam
Carryover Hours are not permitted 
Exemptions
Inactive License 
Over sixty-five (65) years old and licensed 
If licensed after April 1st of odd year (for first year licensee's) 
Extreme hardship or illness
Non-residents must meet the same 10 hour requirement to maintain their license
