12 hours every two (2) years in addition to a 2 hour HIV/AIDS course 
Direct Disposer needs 6 hours every two (2) years in addition to a 2 hour HIV/AIDS course 
License Renewal Date is August 31st of ODD years
Independent study accepted with final exam 
Carryover of CE Hours are not permitted 

There is never a charge for additional certificates for each state of licensure.
